Waiting Staff (Monday to Friday)

At Searcys, we are seeking a skilled Waiting Staff to join our team in one of our City Based venues. As a Waiting Staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food and beverage service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality food and beverage service to our guests.
  • Work closely with the Club Supervisor to ensure seamless service operations.
  • Prepare and lay up tables and service points according to menu requirements and company standards.
  • Provide a professional and efficient service in the dining rooms, promoting a friendly yet discreet atmosphere.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the beverage prep area and sink, including washing up and polishing silver and glassware.
  • Handle card takings and payments in accordance with company procedures.
  • Attend meetings, courses, and training sessions as necessary.

Requirements:
  • Excellent product knowledge of food and beverages.
  • A positive attitude and ability to solve problems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good time management and teamwork skills.
  • Good presentation skills and customer care abilities.
