About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Head of Business Development to spearhead new Print service opportunities across the UK Public and Private Sectors. As a key member of our team, you'll drive growth and deliver exceptional pitches that elevate our agency's reputation.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business development efforts for both Public and Private sectors, identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver successful Print service solutions that exceed client expectations, leveraging your expertise in Print, Design, or Communications.
  • Craft high-quality content for proposals, pitches, and marketing materials, showcasing your exceptional communication skills.
  • Take ownership of commercial targets, ensuring best practices in all processes and driving business growth.

Your Ideal Background

  • 5+ years of business development experience in Print, Design, or Communications within an agency, with a proven track record in winning complex bids over £1m annually.
  • Experience with Crown Commercial Service and building relationships at the C-suite level, with a strong understanding of the UK Public and Private Sectors.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling content and present effectively.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
