Are you a skilled project leader seeking a new opportunity in a dynamic and evolving sector?

In light of our ongoing expansion, we are excited to announce an opening for a Client Relationship Manager to become a vital part of our operational team.

The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing the company's connections with our current clientele. This includes overseeing the daily execution of our contractual commitments, from initiation to delivery, service, renewal, operational oversight, client interaction, and financial stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grasping the KPIs and SLAs established for each client and contract
  • Supervising all renewals and extensions of client agreements, focusing on financial and performance-related KPIs
  • Advocating for the organization's range of services, identifying further sales prospects to bolster the company's growth objectives
  • Fostering and maintaining the crucial relationships we have developed with both new and existing clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and effectively
  • Taking charge of specific initiatives as they arise, such as the implementation of new firmware, relocations, or enhancements to the client's current setup.
  • Collaborating with various departments across Technology, including Client Services, Product, and Development, to identify and articulate requirements for complex challenges, working with relevant stakeholders to design and execute favorable outcomes
  • Engaging in business travel as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience in a client-facing, fast-paced, and KPI-driven environment
  • Proven track record of establishing strong client relationships and ensuring retention within a client portfolio
  • Experience managing budgets, processing purchase orders, handling invoices, and overseeing project management
  • Outstanding written, verbal communication, and organizational skills
