About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Stirling Warrington. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the building materials distribution market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including builders merchants and DIY retailers
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Proven experience in area sales or a related field, preferably in building materials distribution or manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of the building materials distribution market and its key players
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions
