As a Spa and Fitness Coordinator, you will be empowered to:

What are the key responsibilities of a Spa and Fitness Coordinator? Your primary role will involve enhancing the guest experience in our Spa and Leisure environment by:

  • Responding to guest inquiries with knowledge and professionalism.
  • Maintaining awareness of Health and Safety regulations.
  • Leading fitness classes for our guests.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and safety in fitness areas.
  • Going the extra mile to ensure guests leave with satisfaction.

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Availability to work 40 hours per week across 5 shifts, including weekends.
  • Experience as a Fitness Instructor or in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
  • A Level 2 Fitness qualification (essential).
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety practices, with confidence in maintaining a hygienic environment.
  • A results-driven mindset, collaborating with the Kimpton family to provide exceptional guest experiences.
  • A warm, authentic personality with a proactive approach to service.
  • A willingness to work as part of a team to enhance guest satisfaction.
