We are partnering with a large, international retail brand to bring in an experienced agency Account Director to join the internal Account Management team. This team is responsible for managing all packaging projects for the brand.

This is an exciting time to join the brand as they are on a significant growth trajectory. The culture is fast-paced, fun, and dynamic.

The initial contract is for 6 months, with potential to continue. The role requires 2-3 days per week and is based in Leeds.

About the Role:
  • You will work in the in-house Account Management team of 4, within the wider creative team of approximately 10 people.
  • You will account manage all packaging projects for the brand, taking briefings from product and marketing teams and managing the delivery through the in-house creative team.
  • As an Account Director, you will advise on strategy while being a hands-on account management role.
  • The account management team is relatively new, and this role is new to the business, so there will be some help setting up processes for you and the team.
About You:
  • Experience in an agency Account Director level role or similar in-house agency setup in a large brand.
  • Retail and packaging experience is essential.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects at one time.
