About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leading pharmaceutical company as a Sales Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales in primary care and creating a territory business plan to generate sales across the specified territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the single point of contact for customers, working in partnership to facilitate the creation of solutions that meet their needs and increase company revenues through the promotion of the Respiratory Portfolio.
  • Develop account plans for target PCNs, practice clusters, and individual practices.
  • Develop customer partnerships, enabling them to be a respiratory partner of choice.
  • Pioneer both digital and face-to-face interactions, embracing new technology and platforms by utilizing customer insights.
  • Empathize with customers and recognize their challenges, working to support appropriate co-created solutions.
  • Deliver KPIs, including sales, NPS, project delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • ABPI Qualified
  • Full UK Driver's License
  • Experience of working in a pharmaceutical sales role
  • Proven track record of sales success in Primary Care
  • Thorough understanding of the NHS environment and customer priorities
  • Clinical and market knowledge ideally within the Respiratory therapy area
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Business planning skills
  • Selling skills and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop long-term relationships across key customer groups
  • Effective territory planning skills through Key Account Management
