Audit & Accounts Professional

TPF Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Audit & Accounts Senior to join a reputable firm of chartered accountants based in Orpington. As an Audit & Accounts Senior, you will be responsible for providing a mixed audit and accounts service to a range of corporate and non-profit organisations, primarily consisting of academies.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare financial statements from clients' trial balances.
- Audit all areas of financial statements and prepare audit files for review.
- Take responsibility for all work allocated, communicating with managers and partners as necessary.
- Meet deadlines in an efficient and effective manner.
- Contribute to a team environment, demonstrating a positive attitude and enthusiasm to help others and take initiative when needed.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, showing kindness, respect, and a commitment to supporting your team's success.
- Provide on-the-job training for team members when appropriate.
- Work on multiple jobs simultaneously, demonstrating your ability to manage multiple tasks.
- You will be ACA/ACCA qualified or nearly qualified, with a strong background in audit and demonstrable experience gained within an accountancy practice environment as an Audit Senior/Executive or Semi-Senior.
- Your experience will have been gained in a Top Tier/Mid Tier/Top 50 or large/medium independent firm background.
- You will be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, both internally and directly with clients, experience of supervising others, and delegation of work, along with organisational skills.

- Annual salary £40K - £45K per annum (FTE), depending on experience.
- Salary review annually in July.
- Hybrid or Remote working.
- Study support as required.
- Paid overtime or time off in lieu.
- Auto-enrolment pension scheme.
- 25 days annual leave (pro-rata), with an additional day after every 4 years' service, up to 5 additional days, as well as Christmas Eve.
- Parking at the office.
