* Manage your caseload effectively to meet targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and financial businesses
* Analyze evidence to identify the root cause of each complaint
* Weigh the facts and assess relevant rules and regulations to make fair and reasonable decisions
* Communicate with empathy and clarity, listening carefully to both sides and providing well-reasoned conclusions
