About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Investigations Officer to join our team in Scotland. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for conducting investigations and case adjudication, ensuring that cases are investigated properly and determined fairly and lawfully.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out all aspects of fitness to teach casework, including investigations, case adjudication, and decision-making
  • Ensure that cases are investigated properly and determined fairly and lawfully
  • Provide support to officers involved in fitness to teach hearings
  • Built effective working partnerships with external and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain high-quality written, research, analytical, influencing, and advocacy skills

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree (SCQF level 9) or equivalent qualification, as well as experience in regulatory casework or a related field. Strong communication and decision-making skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
