General Manager Opportunity at Wingstop

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Wingstop. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of restaurant staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory, labor, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and customer satisfaction
  • Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff to ensure a high-performing team
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 months of management experience in a QSR or similar background
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Commercial awareness and ability to drive business growth
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
