Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to join our team. As a General Manager at Wingstop, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory, labor, and customer service

Requirements
  • Minimum 12 months of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
