Role Overview: The primary responsibility of this position is to deliver exceptional catering services to patients, visitors, and various departments within the healthcare facility, while strictly adhering to all Health and Safety and Food Safety Regulations.
Team Collaboration: As a member of a dedicated team, you will work on a rotating schedule across 5 days of the week, engaging in various shifts to ensure a high-quality service focused on patient and visitor satisfaction.
Knowledge Requirements: Candidates should possess a solid understanding of relevant Policies and Procedures, as well as Food Fluid and Nutrition Standards, which will be regularly assessed by supervisory staff.
Certification: A current Food Hygiene Certificate is mandatory for applicants.
Experience: Relevant experience in a fast-paced food service environment is essential, including the preparation of basic food items and the use of industrial cooking and cleaning equipment. This role requires versatility, as you will be engaged in both kitchen duties and serving in the dining area.
