Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service, engage with customers to understand their needs, and offer personalized product recommendations to drive sales.
- Store Operations: Assist the Store Manager in maintaining store standards, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and store maintenance.
- Team Leadership: Support the Store Manager in leading and developing a high-performing team, including training, coaching, and performance management.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and increase store profitability.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment, stockroom organization, and cycle counting.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is maintained to a high standard, including cleaning, repairs, and maintenance of equipment and fixtures.
Requirements:
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing a team and driving sales growth.
