Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Mid Market Sales Manager, the Tender Support Representative plays a crucial role in delivering operational assistance across numerous mid-market segment opportunities. The primary focus will be on the setup of opportunities within the sales pricing system and maintaining associated records in the CRM, ensuring exceptional quality, accuracy, efficiency, and productivity.
Your contributions will significantly impact our ambitious B2B organization. This desk-based position allows for a hybrid working model, providing flexibility to work from home while maintaining a connection with our office environment.
Main Duties Include:
- Ensuring the precise and timely setup of a high volume of mid-market segment opportunities within the pricing tool and CRM.
- Maintaining productivity levels in accordance with established KPIs.
- Overseeing administrative lead and tender-to-quote processes on behalf of Sales Account Managers and Business Development Managers.
- Providing pricing support as required, effectively communicating with colleagues to ascertain pricing needs.
- Addressing Sales inquiries through the general Sales communication channels.
- Executing additional tasks as requested by the Mid Market Sales Manager or Head of Mid Market Sales.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal abilities, demonstrating effective teamwork skills. Exceptional organizational capabilities are essential, along with the ability to maintain high productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. Attention to detail and intermediate or advanced analytical skills, particularly in Excel, are crucial. Experience in Sales and Pricing Support is highly valued, and familiarity with Sales Cloud is advantageous.
