We are looking for a dedicated Water Quality Technician to become part of our esteemed team, operating within both public and private healthcare sectors.


With over a decade of experience in research and development aimed at controlling waterborne pathogens, our client has co-authored British Standards and introduced innovative methodologies in the water quality sector.


In this role, you will utilize your skills in executing Water Quality Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks, aseptic sampling methods, and plumbing expertise to provide outstanding services that safeguard a variety of clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to current legislation, guidelines, and British Standards for water quality to uphold the high expectations of our clients.
  • Participate in the collection of water samples in accordance with BS7592:2022 and ensure their delivery to UKAS accredited laboratories.
  • Conduct regular PPM tasks, including TMV/TMT servicing, cold water storage tank cleaning and disinfection, and the installation/maintenance of specialized drinking water dispensers in healthcare environments.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in Water Quality PPM and sampling, employing aseptic techniques in line with BS7592:2022, HSG 274, and HTM 04-01.
  • A valid driving license and a readiness to travel.
