About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within children's residential care, with the ability to oversee a team and ensure the successful running of the home. A qualification to Level 3 and a willingness to work towards Level 5 are also essential. The successful candidate will be able to grow and develop with the provider, participating in the on-call rota and working flexibly to meet the needs of the business.

  • Experience of working within children's residential care
