We are seeking an experienced Facilities Contract Co-ordinator to join our team at GH Engage Limited. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient handling of maintenance requests and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of helpdesk operatives to ensure timely and effective resolution of maintenance requests
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their facilities needs
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure prompt and efficient completion of tasks
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to inform facilities management strategy
Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities management or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of facilities management software and systems
