About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Innovation Experience Coordinator to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a key member of our Technical Innovation team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional visitor experiences to a variety of audiences, including internal employees, stakeholders, and VIP visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed and informative tours of the Vistry Innovation Centre (VIC) and Vistry Works' timber frame factory facility.
  • Work closely with the Technical Innovation team to support key business development opportunities, manage calendars, and track invites/responses.
  • Manage presentation material and literature for VIPs, and ensure the day-to-day running of the VIC, including general housekeeping and operational functionality.
  • Support the team with data and insights for reporting, and provide administrative support to Technical Innovation team members.
  • Carry out reception duties for VIP visits, and support Vistry Works' office manager as required.

Requirements

  • Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent.
  • Able to work both as a team and independently when required.
  • Good planning and organisational skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Confidence in talking to large groups, and the ability to present technical and non-technical information in an engaging manner.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills and knowledge, and a commitment to work as required to meet the needs of the business.
