We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Reservationist to join our team at The Queen at Chester Hotel, Premier Collection By Best Western. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for managing reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Reservation Management: Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications in a timely and efficient manner.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Communication: Liaise with other departments, such as housekeeping and the front desk, to ensure a coordinated approach to reservations and guest services.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all reservations and cancellations.
- Upselling and Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell hotel services and amenities to guests, contributing to revenue growth and hotel profitability.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on reservations and revenue as required, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
