About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Robertson Group. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive, high-quality reactive maintenance, planned, and lifecycle service for our contracts within the given region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake planned and responsive plumbing work across both our Commercial and Public Sector buildings.
  • Ensure the safe operation of all plant, equipment, and tools.
  • Comply with legislative requirements and policies and procedures of RFM.
  • Use handheld technology (PDA & Tablet) to manage tasks and report incidents.
  • Participate in an On-Call rota providing 24hr, 365-day cover to the Facilities.
  • Maintain asset histories, maintenance records, and helpdesk reports.

Requirements

  • Previous maintenance experience working in FM environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure.
  • NVQ Level 2 or higher in plumbing.
  • Water Byelaws Scotland.
