The Role:

As a key member of our team at Taylor Hopkinson | Powered by Brunel, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of large-scale solar projects. Your expertise in electrical qualifications or relevant degrees will be essential in ensuring that projects are built according to plans and meet contractual obligations.

You will develop effective relationships with contractors, suppliers, engineers, consultants, and team members to ensure successful, timely completion of deliverables that support project goals. This will involve cross-functional coordination with Engineering, Project Management, Logistics, Quality, HSE, and all support functions as needed.

One of your key responsibilities will be to review all contractors' QA plans & procedures and bring them into conformance with project requirements, supported by the project team. You will also conduct audits of site conditions and equipment installation of subcontractors on the site, verifying accurate completion of scope of work in accordance with the quality plan and HSE plan.

Additionally, you will identify and communicate all application and installation concerns to site management for required resolution and future issue prevention.

Responsibilities:
