About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Solar Site Engineer to join our team at Taylor Hopkinson | Powered by Brunel. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of solar construction projects.

Your primary focus will be on reviewing construction schedules, planning project goals, and providing leadership to subcontractors. You will also be responsible for developing effective relationships with contractors, suppliers, engineers, consultants, and team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Monitoring and overseeing electrical work at project sites to ensure it meets contractual obligations.
  2. Ensuring projects are built according to plans and to their standards.
  3. Cross-functional coordination with Engineering, Project Management, Logistics, Quality, HSE, and all support functions as needed.
  4. Reviewing contractors' QA plans and procedures to ensure conformance with project requirements.
  5. Conducting audits of site conditions and equipment installation to verify accurate completion of scope of work.

As a Solar Site Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and communicating application and installation concerns to site management for required resolution and future issue prevention.

Requirements:
  1. Proven track record in the construction of large-scale solar projects.
  2. Electrical qualifications or relevant degree.
