About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy Team Leader to join our team at Solar Panel Cleaning Services Ltd.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small team of solar panel cleaners on different sites around the UK, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard and on time.

You will also be responsible for undertaking solar panel cleaning tasks, using a variety of methods including hand cleaning, machine cleaning, and the use of cleaning robots.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of solar panel cleaners on different sites around the UK
  • Undertake solar panel cleaning tasks using various methods
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard and on time
  • Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues
  • Adhere to strict Health and Safety procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full driving license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work at height and operate cherry pickers
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
