Pertemps Basingstoke is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join a successful Software Solutions Company based in Basingstoke.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary between £27,000 and £30,000 based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading customers' orders and providing ETAs on backordered items
  • Assisting the sales team in resolving potential issues
  • Completing project tasks as set by the line manager
  • Liaising with multiple departments, including Accounts, Operations, Purchasing, and Sales
  • Providing outstanding customer service

Requirements:

  • Previous sales support experience
  • Proficient in Excel, including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups
  • Strong social and communication skills
  • Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
