About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our high-value workplace interior fit-out projects in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple Cat A and Cat B office fit-out projects from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless project execution and high standards of quality control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all aspects of multiple Cat A and Cat B office fit-out projects, from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, design consultants, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, address any issues, and ensure high standards of quality control.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to health and safety regulations, implementing best practices on site.
  • Present project updates, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders, keeping them informed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage subcontractors and internal teams, ensuring effective coordination across trades and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of innovative service delivery methods aligned with strategic business goals.
Requirements
  • A recognized qualification in project management or a building-related discipline.
  • Extensive experience (8+ years) managing interior fit-out and refurbishment projects, particularly in Cat A and Cat B office spaces.
  • Proven track record in front-line customer management and handling key accounts, with a strong ability to meet business targets.
  • Strong understanding of interior finishes, construction techniques, fit-out solutions, and regulatory standards.
  • Ability to manage project budgets from small to large, with strong commercial acumen and financial management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management systems and methodologies, with the ability to implement them throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently present to client senior management teams.
  • A proactive and hands-on approach to operational management, with a focus on safety and quality delivery.
