We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Harbour Healthcare Limited. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

About the Role

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and medication. You will also be involved in promoting independence, dignity, and well-being among our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and medication.
  • Assist residents with their daily routines, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support residents with their mobility needs, including transfers and walking.
  • Administer medication to residents as required.
  • Assist residents with their nutritional needs, including meal preparation and serving.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individual care plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care.
