About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Healthcare Practitioner. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, delivering high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care to housebound patients in Paignton and surrounding areas.
  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, partnering with primary care and secondary care services.
  • Support the development of less experienced staff and contribute to service development.
  • Participate in reflective practice and clinical supervision activities.
Requirements
  • Foundation Degree in Healthcare Practice (Nursing Associate) or equivalent.
  • Trust induction training and intermediate IT skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a delegated caseload and use initiative while understanding limits of scope.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player under appropriate supervision and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to support the development of less experienced staff and contribute to service development.
