Merchandising Specialist – Flexible Hours
Part-time Zero Hours Contract
Pay Rate – £11.44 Per Hour + 30p Per Mile Mileage


Full UK Driving Licence and Vehicle Required.

Instore operates at the core of 5,000 retailers weekly, collaborating with numerous leading brands in grocery, convenience, and high street sectors, as well as garden centers, independent shops, and travel hubs like airports and train stations. With nationwide reach, we ensure proximity to your location.

Role Overview:

As a Merchandising Specialist, you will deliver outstanding merchandising services to our clients across a designated area, executing point of sale placements and promotional setups at various customer locations. You will be part of our field team, gaining support from experts throughout your journey with Instore.

Candidate Profile:

While previous merchandising experience is beneficial, it is not essential. However, you should possess:

  • A friendly and confident demeanor with a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, high integrity, and reliability.
  • Residence within 15 miles of the advertised area.
  • The ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
