About the Role

NonStop Consulting is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of students with visual impairments within a College setting. As part of the Specialist Services Team and collaborating with wider college teams, you'll contribute to a multi-disciplinary approach that supports student success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver individualized OT therapy plans tailored to each student's needs.
  • Prepare comprehensive OT reports for annual reviews and other assessments, adhering to college timelines.
  • Maintain meticulous records of OT plans and progress, including updates related to EHCP goals and student target achievements.
  • Conduct thorough assessments for prospective and current students as part of the ongoing evaluation process.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Occupational Therapy Qualification
  • HCPC Registration
  • Proven experience working with students with SEN, particularly visual impairments
  • In-depth knowledge of the EHCP process
