About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Manager to join our team. As a Duty Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the pharmacy team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the pharmacy team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent patient care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Manage the pharmacy budget and resources, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
  • Pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Proven experience in pharmacy management, preferably in a retail or community setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
