About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Copper Beech Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, supporting their independence and promoting their overall wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support residents with their medication, meal times, and social activities
- Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, reporting any changes to the nursing team
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals
