People Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated Night Shift Production Supervisor to oversee specific aspects of our production facility and ensure operational excellence. This permanent position offers a competitive salary of £29,203.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Production Manager on all operational matters.
- Ensure comprehensive oversight of all production areas and supervise production staff.
- Plan and organize production schedules effectively.
- Assist in achieving output targets set by the Production Manager, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with Health & Safety regulations at all times.
- Support the development and maintenance of safety standards to ensure a secure working environment.
- Participate in the annual review and implementation of risk assessments.
- Ensure adherence to all standards, policies, and procedures within your area of responsibility.
- Coordinate preventative maintenance as per established schedules and respond promptly to any equipment breakdowns.
- Assist the Production Manager with site facility concerns.
- Uphold quality standards throughout the production process and contribute to process improvements.
- Achieve and maintain a customer delivery performance rate of 97%.
- Maintain, update, and communicate relevant operational boards.
