Job Summary

Talent Guardian is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Manager to join our team. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the brand strategy, building a strong brand community, and overseeing the development of brand assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and goals
    • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Brand Community
    • Build and maintain a strong brand community through social media, content marketing, and other channels
    • Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that resonates with the target audience
  • Brand Assets
    • Oversee the development and maintenance of brand assets, including logos, color palettes, and typography
    • Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints, including website, social media, and marketing materials
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead a team of digital and graphic designers to deliver high-quality campaigns and promotional assets
    • Collaborate with the Head of Creative to develop and execute creative strategies
  • Seasonal Content
    • Develop and execute seasonal content plans that align with the brand's overall strategy
    • Work with the photography team to develop and execute photography direction
  • Tradeshows
    • Lead the development and execution of tradeshow plans, including booth design and content
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in brand management or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
