Job Summary

We are seeking a driven Bicycle Brand Manager to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the global marketing plan for the Road & Gravel and Mountain Bike categories. This is a results-driven role where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the future of Muc-Off.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a cohesive global marketing plan for Road & Gravel and Mountain Bike.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and launch marketing campaigns.
  • Manage core portfolio and new product campaigns, including definition, delivery, and reporting.
  • Develop high-quality marketing materials for monthly campaigns, new product launches, and athlete/team sponsorships.
  • Liaise with Communication, Design, and Content teams to develop localized communications.
  • Manage project timelines and track budgets.
  • Monitor and report on marketing activity performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Maximize ROI of sponsorship portfolio and event calendar.
  • Support ambassador/influencer program.
Requirements
  • Degree-level education.
  • 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
  • Strong affinity with the road and gravel cycling category.
  • Evidence of building strong relationships and positive impacts on people.
  • A positive outlook with a great eye for detail.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to influence stakeholders positively.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a high-pressure, fast-growth environment.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe programs.
