About the Role

We are seeking a driven Bicycle Brand Manager for the global Road & Gravel and Mountain Bike scene who will report into the Senior Marketing Manager.

The Bicycle Brand Manager will be responsible for delivering the global marketing plan against key strategic priorities and owning its delivery, analysis, and continual improvement across the Road & Gravel and Mountain Bike riding disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the senior marketing manager to develop a cohesive global marketing plan for Road & Gravel and Mountain Bike.
  • Brief and collaborate with internal teams to create, launch, and optimize both online and offline marketing activities.
  • Responsible for core portfolio and new product campaigns, including their definition, delivery, and reporting across Road & Gravel & Mountain Bike.
  • Develop high-quality compelling marketing materials for monthly campaigns, new product launches, and athlete/team sponsorships.
  • Liaise with Communication, Design, and Content teams to develop best-in-class category localized communications.
  • Manage project timelines and track budgets.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities and spend, identifying opportunities for optimization and improved efficiency.
  • Maximize ROI of our sponsorship portfolio and event calendar.
  • Support ambassador/influencer program.
Requirements
  • Degree-level educated.
  • 4+ years agency or client-side marketing experience.
  • Strong affinity with the road & gravel cycling.
  • Evidence of building strong relationships and positive impacts on people.
  • A positive 'glass half full' outlook with a great eye for detail.
  • Strong presentation skills and able to influence stakeholders positively.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a high-pressure, fast-growth environment.
  • Good IT skills, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe programs.
  • On occasion, will be required to work unsocial hours/weekends.
Desirable
  • A degree in Marketing and/or a CIM Diploma.
  • Excellence in project management and an eye for putting the right process in place to get the job done.
  • Evidence of working in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment.
