About the Role
Located at our racecourse, the Accounts Payable Coordinator will collaborate with finance team members to execute a variety of accounting and administrative duties associated with the accounts payable process. Key responsibilities include receiving, processing, and verifying invoices, monitoring and documenting purchase orders, and managing payment requests.
About You
• 1-2 years of experience in a comparable position, with a solid understanding of accounts payable
• Proactive and capable of working autonomously
• A team-oriented individual with strong numerical skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Exchequer) is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
