HR Operations Specialist - Dutch Language

Frazer Jones is excited to partner with a dynamic, growth-oriented professional services business in Birmingham to find a talented HR Operations Specialist with Dutch language skills. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional support to the business by answering and responding to complex queries and cases, including family leave calculations, flexible working requests, and probation matters.
  • Utilize Workday expertise to provide support to managers on self-service utilization and conduct Workday audits.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in a global business environment.
  • Strong understanding of Workday and its applications.
  • Excellent Dutch language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
