SME Account Handler Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SME Account Handler to join our team at STRIDE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT LTD. As an SME Account Handler, you will be responsible for handling SME Commercial Insurance clients by dealing with enquiries, renewal and mid-term adjustments (MTAs), across all lines of Commercial insurance.

This role is ideal for someone who has started their journey within Commercial Insurance and would like to take the next step in their career. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of insurance classes and use your technical skills to deal effectively with a multitude of insurance classes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a book of SME clients with enquiries, renewals and MTAs
  • Dealing with premiums up to £5,000
  • Supporting the Account Executives handling a book of commercial clients
  • Using your experience and technical skills to deal effectively with a multitude of insurance classes

Requirements:

  • Commercial Insurance experience
  • CII qualified is desirable but not essential
  • Experience across various classes of insurance is highly advantageous
