The Position:
Steering the customer experience at Hertz

CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT

  • Delivers exceptional customer service, fostering a friendly and inviting atmosphere through tailored interactions during both the rental and return phases, enhancing customer loyalty and sales potential.

SALES EXPERTISE

  • Demonstrates excellent sales capabilities that cater to customer needs while identifying and leveraging opportunities to boost revenue in alignment with set targets.

ISSUE RESOLUTION

  • Possesses the ability to address a variety of challenges that customers may encounter throughout their rental experience, utilizing Hertz's established customer service protocols and engaging management when necessary.

COLLABORATION

  • Works effectively in a fast-paced setting, striving to meet quality, service, and performance objectives for the location. Collaborates with colleagues across all operational roles to ensure a seamless customer experience.

COMPLIANCE & OVERSIGHT

  • Adheres to company standard operating procedures for all vehicle preparation, delivery, and collection processes, ensuring full compliance with regulations, including customer data protection.

Ensures that rental standards are upheld and any additional vehicle damage is documented upon return.

Essential Qualifications

Your Attributes:
What you will need for a successful journey

  • A valid UK or EU driving license
  • A proactive, adaptable, and positive approach to sales
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or retail settings
  • Proficient English communication skills
  • Willingness to work on a flexible shift basis, including weekends.
