- Collaborate with the Customer Services Team to address incoming client inquiries and log them into the system.
- Conduct follow-up calls to inform clients about new software updates and installations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office, to enhance service delivery.
- Exhibit the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of service.
- Previous experience in a telephone-based customer service role is preferred.
This position operates on a shift pattern of four days on and four days off, providing a balanced work-life dynamic.
