Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Team Leader to join our team at NP Aerospace. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for leading a team of production operators to achieve excellence in manufacturing, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities
  • Production: Allocate manpower to meet production targets, analyze and communicate production KPIs, and maintain operational excellence.
  • People: Identify training needs, carry out training, and oversee outputs to assess the competence of the team.
  • Processes: Conduct risk assessments, ensure safe methods and systems of work, and lead by example.
  • Product: Aim for continuous improvement through effective communication and promote the highest quality standards.
Critical Outputs and Achievements
  • Quality: > 96% RFT
  • Productivity: < 100% of Std Hours
  • Schedule: > 95% adherence to the Master Production Schedule
  • Skills: > 95% skills matrix score
  • 5S: > 90% 5S achievement
Requirements
  • Team Leader experience in a manufacturing setting is an advantage.
  • Maths and Comprehension test to be completed.
