Senior Safeguarding Adults Nurse/Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Senior Safeguarding Adults Nurse/Practitioner. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the first point of contact for patients and relatives, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Process patients using CareFlow, ensuring accurate and timely information is shared with colleagues.
- Liaise with colleagues to facilitate a smooth and timely stay for patients, including sending out patient information and sorting/distributing post.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date paper and electronic records, adhering to Trust policies and procedures.
- Set high standards of patient care by embodying the Trust's core values at all times.
