Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage theatre lists to ensure effective utilization and management of theatre capacity.
  • Undertake telephone calls and queries to book appointments and provide excellent customer service.
  • Enter and update accurate information on the Careflow and Bluespier systems in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and manage waiting lists and clinics to support effective patient management within targets.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, other trusts, and external agencies, applying discretion and tact when necessary.
  • Adopt and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Promote and support changes to working practices to improve service delivery.
