About the Role
The role of the Store Manager involves establishing a successful shop environment and leading your team to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that every visitor leaves feeling fantastic.
You will be accountable for the shop's overall success, focusing on both commercial performance and the leadership of your team, fostering their growth and potential.
Your organizational skills and attention to detail will facilitate the efficient operation of the store, while your initiative and business insight will drive continuous improvements, enhancing the experience for both customers and staff.
We seek a well-organized, experienced manager who is a self-starter with outstanding communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
You will approach challenges with a positive attitude, addressing issues head-on and transforming obstacles into effective solutions.
Previous retail management experience is essential; however, experience in the lingerie sector is not a prerequisite.Please note, due to the nature of the roles in our shops, there is a genuine occupational requirement for post holders to be female.
