We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at a reputable nursing home in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the care team
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and nursing standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Previous experience in a nursing home or similar setting is highly desirable
- Experience of participating in quality and clinical governance programmes
- Able to work under pressure and prioritize workload
- Proficient in using IT and communication systems required for the role
- An excellent salary of £20.75 per hour and an annual salary of £40,462.50
