We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a reputable nursing home in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate patient records and documentation.
- Monitor residents' health, reporting changes to the care team and contributing to the development and implementation of care plans.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families, promoting a positive and respectful environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery, adhering to health and safety regulations and nursing standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Previous experience in a nursing home or similar setting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care.
- Experience of participating in quality and clinical governance programmes, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Able to work under pressure, prioritizing workload and managing competing demands.
- Proficient in using IT and communication systems required for the role, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- An excellent salary of £20.75 per hour, with the potential for annual salary increases.
