Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at a reputable nursing home in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the care team
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans
- Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and nursing standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Previous experience in a nursing home or similar setting is preferred
- Experience of participating in quality and clinical governance programmes
- Able to work under pressure and prioritize workload
- Understands and effectively uses IT and communication systems required for the role
- An excellent salary of £20.75 per hour and an annual salary of £40,462.50
