Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and distribute effective work schedules for station personnel, ensuring compliance with established deadlines.
  • Conduct weekly confirmations of schedules with the Owning Manager/RM and compile a list of unassigned duties.
  • Track and document instances of 'off track & unproductive time', including training sessions, medical appointments, and unscheduled leave.
  • Maintain and regularly update precise records for the stations, covering aspects such as equalization, annual leave, rest days, and Sundays.
  • Facilitate comprehensive handovers of essential information with fellow Roster Clerks as necessary.
  • Aid in the creation of effective schedules during timetable adjustments and in response to local requirement changes.
  • Support data collection efforts to assist in budget planning and forecasting.
  • Help coordinate staff scheduling for training and other necessary releases, ensuring that expenses remain within budgetary limits.
  • Ensure timely submission of information required by the Payroll department.
  • Organize staff releases for meetings, training, and other non-productive obligations as needed.
  • Prepare preliminary schedules to assist the RM and managers with local adjustments.
