Job Title: Customer Service Account Handler
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Account Handler to join our team at Adecco UK Limited. As a Customer Service Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing service requests from clients, providing a high standard of support, and coordinating with the engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
- Schedule maintenance, emergency callouts, and remedial visits according to company procedures.
- Deliver great customer service, coordinating visits between clients and engineers.
- Ensure timely response to all emergency callouts within set KPIs.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing queries professionally and efficiently.
- Prepare risk assessments and method statements for scheduled maintenance.
- Process all necessary paperwork, including worksheets and purchase orders, promptly.
- Perform general administrative duties, such as responding to emails and data entry.
Requirements:
- Strong computer literacy
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Proven customer service experience
- Experience in a high-pressure, client-facing environment
